Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Monster Cookie Dough Frosting

As a child I LOVED monster cookies.  I remember finding the cookies my mom had hidden in the freezer.  I would sneak out to the shed where the deep freeze was and I'd eat a frozen cookie right there so I wouldn't get caught! I especially loved the cookie dough.  So as an homage to my childhood what could be better than a monster cookie icing (without eggs) on top of a cupcake?  It's a "Make the Family Happy" recipe!

Peanut Butter Cupcakes are sooo easy.  Take a white or yellow cake mix
and follow directions on the box and add 1/2 cup of peanut butter.  SIMPLE!
Monster Cookie Dough Icing - HEEELLLLLOOOOO!
½ cup. Peanut Butter
½ cup. Margarine or Butter (softened to room temperature)
½ cup Flour
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup White Sugar
1 ½  c. Oats (I used old fashioned)
1 c. Powdered Sugar
½ cup Milk
1 cup plain M&Ms
1 cup of Chocolate Chips
Cream the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.

Use an ice cream scoop to add the icing to peanut butter cupcakes.

Joel likes it!  Look at those freckles smile :)

I believe Josiah they make Josiah happy too!
